How it Works
  • Utilities, trade associations and related enterprises that seek to augment their workforce, resource and compliance activities, subscribe to UtilitySafe to establish an account.

  • Once an account has been established, subscribing organizations login to enter their own employees into the system and/or to create their own Compliance Programs.

  • Compliance Programs enable organizations to ensure that their internal Personnel and external Resources (contractors, vendors, suppliers and related personnel) meet their requirements and adhere to mission-critical policies.

    Each program can be configured for specific participant groups and can include a number of solutions.

  • After their programs have been created and activated, organizations can then assign their entered Personnel to the appropriate program or direct their Resources to participate by establishing a UtilitySafe account and registering online.

    Registration is required for participation in a Compliance Program and serves as a pre-qualifying process that helps organizations easily manage their Resources.

  • Participating Personnel and Resources login to utilitysafe.com to complete and comply with the requirements of their designated program.

  • Successful compliance with the program may be used to determine eligibility to access select utility facilities and jobsites or to receive associated credentials.

  • Organizations and their participants can securely monitor the entire progress from any PC at any time.
